Camelback Ranch, AZ -  The first game in Spring Training for Los Angeles has come to an end with an unexpected injury to the 2024 season.  Los Angeles hosted the Cubs at Camelback Ranch this Thursday which ended in a 12-4 win for Chicago.

Miller had an outstanding rookie campaign back in 2023 after starting 22 games and finishing with a 3.76 ERA through 124 innings. His performance would take a dramatic hit in 2024, where he found himself in the starting rotation by the end of Spring Training. Bobby would start just 13 times for Los Angeles in 2024 as his ERA skyrocketed to 8.52 through 56 innings. That is just over 4 innings per start.

2025 is a year that Bobby Miller desperately needed to start off running, but in his start against Chicago, Miller took a ball to the left forehead. He was able to get back up onto his feet and walk off the field, but his timeline to return to the mound is questionable. He most likely will be back to throwing early this week.
