RAMS INJURY LIST GROWS WITH 10-41 LOSS TO ARIZONA CARDINALS
RAMS WILL HAVE TO PLAY 49ERS ON MAKESHIFT O-LINE
The Los Angeles Rams are heading on a downwards trajectory due to their IR list growing in size by the week. With the majority of their offensive line and wide receivers down, LA has signed multiple OL from the free agent market to put a product out on the field for Matthew Stafford. A tough defeat by the Cardinals is the last thing the Rams needed, and with more injuries the game against San Francisco is looking scarier for the LA squad.
The current IR list for LA Rams is as follows:
DB Tre’Vious Tomlinson (Out For Season)
DB Derion Kendrick (Out For Season)
DB Darious Williams (Week 5)
S Josh Johnson (Week 8)
OL Joe Noteboom (Week 7)
OL Jonah Jackson (Week 8)
OL Steve Avila (Week 7)
OL KT Leveston (Week 5)
OL Larrell Murchison (Week 5)
OL Connor McDermott (Week 5)
WR Puka Nacua (Week 7)
WR Cooper Kupp (Week 4)
TE Davis Allen (Week 4)
TE Tyler Higbee (Out For Season)
Questionable for Week 3 vs. San Francisco
K Joshua Karty
DB Kobie Durant
NT Bobby Brown III
Any team would use this as an excuse to mark off the season, but Head Coach McVay and Stafford are remaining positive with what the team has. With the young defensive line being the only part of the squad not affected by injuries, Rams fans should remain hopeful of future defensive promise.
The Rams will take on the San Francisco 49ers this Sunday @1:25 on FOX here at SoFi Stadium. The 49ers will be missing crucial pieces to their offense this week, so there is no clear winner in what is set to be a must win game for the LA Rams.
