OHTANI GOES 6 FOR 6 IN 20-4 VICTORY OVER THE MIAMI MARLINS

A historic day for the Los Angeles Dodgers, as their 700 million dollar superstar makes history. Ohtani is now the first player in MLB history to have 50 home runs and 50 stolen bases in one season. Ohtani managed to steal two bases and hit three home runs last night in a 20-4 win over Miami.

Marlins Manager, Skip Schumaker stated "You go after him and see if you can get him out. I think out of respect for the game, we were going to go after him.” The Marlins Manager provided the reasoning to not intentionally walk Shohei, and wanted MLB fans to know that he wished he was able to be a spectator to the accomplishment.

Ohtani had one of the best offensive performances MLB fans have ever seen last night. Ohtani went 6 for 6, the first time a player in all of MLB did this 2024 season.

A season that began with scandal Ohtani has tuned out any negativity and focussed on putting the Dodgers in the best position possible to win the division.

A remarkable accomplishment, Ohtani has created his own category of 50/50 and will continue to add on as he stands at 51/51.

The win secures a postseason appearance for the Los Angeles Dodgers this year, and are six games shy of securing the division with 9 games remaining.
