RAMS POSSIBLY HAVE ANOTHER PLAYOFF RUN IN THEM AFTER COMEBACK WIN OVER SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS

After a week’s worth of doubt by the media, the Rams have once again shown why having a tough quarterback and an intelligent head coach can put you over any team.

The Rams were pinned against a wall with injuries and questions about the season, as the 49ers were heavy favorites to win the game. LA had to sign over 5 free agent players to see who could fill in some depth spots that were needed after losing over 10 starters in the first two weeks this season. NFL experts argued that going 0-3 would shut out any idea of playoff contention and would begin a new era in Los Angeles Rams football.

However, Stafford has other plans as he threw for 221 Yds, and 1 TD. A better stat line came from that of Purdy, who had 292 Yds with 3 TD’s, but penalties and dropped balls were the cause of the defeat for the 49ers.  With majority of those yards going to Jauan Jennings, who had a career night of 175 receiving yard and 3 touchdowns, no other Receiver for the 49ers was to be seen.

For the Rams Kyren Williams reminded NFL fans why he was one of the best back in the second half of the 2023 season. 24 carries for 89 yards and 2 punch in touchdowns, Williams felt like his usual self.

A total of 13 points were scored in the fourth quarter by the Rams, and it was all thanks to the rookie kicker out of Stanford, Joshua Karty. Karty had a perfect night in field goals and extra points, of course one of those being the final dagger to send the 49ers back with a loss.

A remarkable comeback that will be remembered and questions will continue to linger whether the Rams can have success in 2024.
