HARBAUGH’S CHARGERS CLAIM VICTORY IN WEEK 1 VS RAIDERS AT SOFI
The 2023 regular season is a year Chargers fans want to quickly forget and it now will be just a distant memory with a new era for the Chargers football beginning in 2024.
After winning the 2024 College Football Championship with Michigan, Jim Harbaugh made the decision to return to the NFl with the Los Angeles Chargers. A move that NFL experts anticipated appears to have worked for the best. Harbaugh has found success at all of his positions. From a quarterbacks coach to a NFL Head Coach, Harbaugh is one of the most coveted coaches in all of football. His record shows that he is able to turn franchises upside down from losers to winners.
From his time with Colin Kaepernick and Andrew Luck, Harbaugh has shown his ability to get the very best in every quarterback. Now Harbaugh will be with the franchise QB in Herbert and have his eyes set on the Chiefs in year one.
In week 1 of the 2024 season, Herbert threw for 144 yards and 1 TD along with handing it off to J.K. Dobbins for 135 years and 1 TD. A 22-10 win over the Raiders is exactly what the Chargers needed in week 1.
A physical defense was on display, and an offense that was heavy on the run is Harbaugh’s signature. The Chargers will be one of the most difficult teams to take down this year, and everybody will tune in for the Chiefs and Chargers first game this year. Depending on the results, there is a chance for Harbaugh to rise up the rankings as one of the best Head Coaches in the NFL. Expect a lot more from this Chargers team.
